Job summary

Quzara LLC seeks an IT Project Manager focusing on Cloud & Infrastructure Delivery. You will oversee cloud, network, and security engineering initiatives across federal and commercial environments, coordinating execution among engineering teams.

The role requires strong PM skills and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), managing schedules, risks, and reporting to stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness and continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated in the posting.
• 5-8+ years of IT project management experience with cloud/infrastructure delivery.
• Experience managing cloud and infrastructure modernization projects.
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure platforms.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams across cloud, network, and security domains.
• Strong scheduling, dependency management, and change management knowledge.
• Ability to manage risks related to performance, availability, and continuity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship required for federal contracting.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud and infrastructure delivery projects with defined scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Coordinate with Cloud Engineers, Network Security Engineers, and Infrastructure teams.
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules and readiness for implementation.
• Track dependencies, environment readiness, and change management across delivery phases.
• Identify and manage risks related to performance, availability, and continuity; escalate as needed.
• Provide delivery-focused progress reporting to stakeholders with status updates and milestones.
• Support coordination of infrastructure changes, upgrades, and modernization across cloud/on-prem environments.
• Ensure alignment between technical teams, program management, and leadership.
