Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Cloud Foundation Services Manager to lead the Broadcom VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) services practice.

You will drive technical direction, delivery excellence, and people leadership across VCF Infrastructure Modernization and Hybrid Cloud services and collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to achieve secure, scalable client outcomes. You will mentor Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers, build high-performing teams, and evolve service

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years delivering VMware by Broadcom solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
3+ years leading or managing technical delivery teams.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Experience designing and delivering solutions with strong data governance and security controls.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the VCF services practice, ensuring high-quality delivery across engagements.
Define and evolve technical and delivery standards for Broadcom VCF services (VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, vSphere).
Mentor and develop Solutions Architects, Consultants, and Engineers across Cloud Foundation domains.
Own capability development across Broadcom VCF services, including VCF 9.x, vSAN, SDDC Manager, and vSphere 9.
Partner with sales and solution architecture teams to shape offerings and support presales efforts.
Monitor delivery performance, utilization, and quality metrics to identify improvements.
Create and maintain reusable architectures, delivery frameworks, templates, and accelerators.
Serve as escalation point for complex client challenges related to Broadcom VCF.
