Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced Certified Cloud Engineer to support hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) with emphasis on security, automation, and long-term operation. The role involves collaboration with architects, developers, and security teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

The candidate will drive CI/CD pipelines, IaC deployment, and cost optimization while aligning with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing and maintaining cloud platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of infrastructure-as-code experience.
• 5+ years of application containerization experience.
• 5+ years of GitHub-based CI/CD experience.
• Experience with enterprise networking and cloud cost management.
• Strong scripting and cloud troubleshooting skills.
• Experience securing and supporting hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud platforms.
• Review vendor cloud architectures and configurations for security and optimization.
• Identify risks in architecture, security, scalability, and cost.
• Provide guidance on cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, and monitoring.
• Support cloud services across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalents.
• Collaborate with .NET teams on deployment, containers, and environment management.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and IaC automation.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in cloud implementations.
• Document architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to internal staff.
