Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS.
- At least five years of MSP experience or equivalent.
- Professional certifications (Security+, Network+, MCSE variants).
Responsibilities
- System administrator support for MS core apps and OS.
- Execute Exchange migrations (hybrid, tenant-to-tenant).
- Execute SharePoint migrations (on premises to cloud, tenant-to-tenant).
- Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and AAD.
- Document configurations and build standards; communicate with clients.
