Summit 7 Systems is seeking a Cloud Engineer (Escalations) to join a fast-paced team in Huntsville, AL with remote work options. The role focuses on resolving complex Microsoft 365 and Azure issues, acting as a technical escalation point for the service desk, and coordinating deployments and changes across teams.
The ideal candidate will have Security+ certification, strong documentation skills, and experience in enterprise cloud environments, providing reliable support to maintain service
Qualifications
- Security+ is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and document solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical escalation point for service desk issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and ensure timely resolutions.
- Lead documentation of processes and changes for training and consistency.
- Manage and coordinate technical changes, deployments, and upgrades with clear timelines.
