Job summary

Cloudbeds is hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS. You’ll help build the Kubernetes platform, automate via IaC and manage CI/CD pipelines, enabling fast, reliable production deployments.

You’ll collaborate across teams to improve security, reliability, and performance while supporting on-call rotation for outages. The role requires 3+ years in DevOps with AWS and 2+ years in Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker, plus scripting, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with AWS.
• 2+ years of strong Experience in Kubernetes (preferably EKS), Helm and Docker.
• Experience with IaC such as Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Experience with web app servers (NGiNX), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora), caches (Redis/Memcached) and queues (SQS).
• Ability to write Bash/Python scripts and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Architect and improve Cloudbeds’ infrastructure in AWS.
• Help build the Kubernetes platform.
• Automate the platform with IaC and configuration management.
• Drive successful product and engineering projects to production.
• Evolve security, reliability, scalability, performance, and quality.
• Share DevOps best practices with development teams and assist in environment/configuration.
• Provide on-call rotation support for production outages.
