Job summary

xdesign is seeking a senior enterprise Cloud, Data and AI advisory leader to guide large-scale transformation programs for major organisations. You will advise executive stakeholders, shape strategy, roadmaps and governance, and oversee delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

The role blends client guidance, pre-sales influence, and mentoring of consultants, with hybrid/remote work and some travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise consulting experience with a major cloud provider or technology consultancy.
• Experience as a Principal or Senior Solutions Architect or equivalent senior advisory role.
• Customer-facing background with executive stakeholders, workshops and strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading enterprise cloud, data or AI transformation programmes.
• Commercial solution-shaping and pre-sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, strategy sessions and technology-roadmap planning.
• Shape large-scale cloud, data and AI transformation programmes, including legacy modernisation.
• Work with engineering and delivery teams to translate strategic direction into successful execution.
• Contribute to strategic opportunities, proposals, bids and executive presentations.
• Mentor senior consultants and architects while helping evolve consulting propositions.
