Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant and Solutions Architect for Data Cloud to manage technical relationships with largest advertising clients and product partners. Lead cross‑functional teams to leverage emerging technologies, design and deploy data architectures, and drive product strategy across on‑prem and cloud deployments.

Expect to balance business needs with technical constraints and create scalable tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS, mathematics, or related field.
• 10 years of experience with ETL tools, data pipelines (e.g., Spark), and data warehousing.
• 2 years of experience with Google Cloud Vertex Platform.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Python, Java, or data modeling techniques.
• Master's degree in CS, related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience writing bespoke code, building tooling, or contributing to core codebases.
• Experience deploying and optimizing data architectures and GenAI agents for enterprise platforms.
• CI/CD pipelines expertise and production readiness for cloud data apps.
• Proven ability to create reusable tools and documentation to scale engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and publish data cloud assets and reference architectures to scale field enablement.
• Own end-to-end technical ownership over complex data domains guiding architectural decisions.
• Architect and scale technical assets (demos, reference architectures, guides) for data capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed insights into the product roadmap.
