TISTA Science and Technology Corporation seeks a Cloud/Cyber Solution Lead to design secure, Zero Trust architectures across VAEC, AWS, Azure and OpenShift. You will lead RMF/ATO efforts (SSP, POA&M, continuous monitoring) and set standards for ICAM/PIV and identity federation.

Requires 13+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years on RMF/ATO, CISSP-ISSAP/ISSEP, and a Bachelor's in CS or related field. Remote USA with potential for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years on RMF/ATO (Expert / Senior).
• Led ATO packages (SSP, POA&M, continuous monitoring).
• Zero Trust, TIC 3.0 and VA Handbook 6500 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design Zero Trust and TIC 3.0–compliant security architecture across VAEC, AWS, Azure and OpenShift.
• Lead RMF and A&A packages to obtain and maintain ATOs (SSP, POA&M, continuous monitoring).
• Set standards for secure development, encryption, logging, ICAM/PIV and identity federation.
• Coordinate with VA ISOs, the Office of Information Security and Field Security Services.
• Track ATO status across the product line and report monthly.
