Job summary

Carestream Dental is seeking a Sensei Cloud Apps Onboarding Coordinator to own end-to-end onboarding for Sensei Cloud Apps customers. This remote, full-time role interfaces with product, engineering, and development teams to align on timelines and technical requirements, while configuring systems and migrating data from legacy software.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, strong communication skills, and familiarity with dental practice management software.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support within a SaaS environment.
Proven experience migrating customers from legacy systems to new cloud solutions.
Strong technical acumen, including SaaS application configuration, data mapping, and familiarity with APIs.
Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects, set milestones, and manage timelines.
Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management and liaising with technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage all Sensei Cloud Apps onboarding activities, including configuration and data migration.
Own the customer experience from post-sale through go-live by setting milestones and managing expectations.
Facilitate transition from legacy software to Sensei Cloud Apps and ensure onboarding readiness.
Oversee data migration, mapping, conversion review, and validation.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and development to document needs and report issues.
Provide training and create customer-facing documentation for adoption.
