NFM Lending, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Closer to audit loan files and prepare closing documents for timely, accurate closings in Columbus, OH. The role requires close collaboration with processing, underwriting, and title partners to verify conditions before final scheduling.

The Closer will review HUDs, TILs, GFEs, and related documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and maintaining high-quality closing packages. Some overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Three years of loan closing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient time management and organization.

Responsabilités

• Audit loan files per company and state guidelines for compliance.
• Input and audit loan data to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all closing documentation.
• Review Titles, Contracts of Sale, GFEs, TILs, Homeowners, Appraisals, and Photo IDs.
• Conduct final compliance checks on each loan for high-cost tests.
• Review all final HUDs before document release and address tolerance issues.
• Collaborate with Processing/Underwriting and title company to verify conditions before final closing.
• May require overtime and travel; maintain satisfactory attendance.
