NFM Lending, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Closer in the San Diego area to audit loan files and prepare closing packages. The role requires coordinating with multiple parties to ensure timely and accurate closing documents in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of closing experience, strong time management, and excellent communication skills. Some overtime and travel may be needed.

• Three years of loan closing experience required.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Audit loan files per company, Federal, and State guidelines for compliance.
• Input and audit loan data to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all closing documentation.
• Review Titles, Contracts of Sale, GFEs, TILs, Homeowners, Appraisals, and Photo IDs.
• Conduct final Compliance Ease check on each loan to ensure compliance with state and Federal High-Cost tests.
• Review all final HUDs before document release and address tolerance violations.
• Collaborate with the Processing/Underwriting team and title company to verify and fulfill conditions before final closing scheduling.
• May require occasional overtime and travel.
• Expected to maintain satisfactory attendance and report to work on time daily.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
