Job summary

Iceberg is seeking an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management Consultant to join our growing implementation practice. This remote role (US or UK) focuses on designing, configuring, and deploying CLM solutions for enterprise clients, translating business needs into scalable workflows.

You will lead workshops, build CLM processes from scratch, and collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Contract Lifecycle Management implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, or comparable CLM platforms.
• Experience building CLM workflows and processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of CLM architecture, configuration, and administration.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating client workshops.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting software implementation projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client discovery sessions and requirements workshops.
• Analyse existing contract processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation.
• Design, configure, and implement Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.
• Build workflows, approval processes, templates, clauses, and business rules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CLM solutions.
• Produce process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams throughout implementation projects.
• Support integrations between CLM platforms and external business systems.
• Create and execute test plans, conduct system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide ongoing best-practice guidance to clients throughout project delivery.
