Qualifications

• 5+ years of Contract Lifecycle Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Ironclad implementation or optimization experience.
• Experience configuring Workflow Designer and Contract Repository.
• Experience with reporting and analytics in CLM environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders.
• Review Ironclad configuration, workflows, templates, and repository structure.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, approvals, and metadata management.
• Develop governance, ownership models, and KPI metrics for CLM.
