Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative, coordinator, recruiting, customer service, or client support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide therapists through the state licensure application process.
• Schedule meetings and communicate regularly with therapists regarding licensing requirements.
• Gather, organize, and maintain licensing documentation and records.
• Prepare and submit licensing applications to state boards.
• Track application progress and ensure timely completion of required steps.
• Follow up persistently with therapists to obtain missing information and documentation.
• Escalate issues and delays to maintain timelines.
• Maintain accurate records within licensing and compliance systems.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Partner with internal teams to support therapist onboarding and expansion efforts.
