Job summary

NOCD, a leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, seeks a Contract Clinician Licensing Specialist in Chicago, IL. You will manage cross-state licensing for therapists, track licensure timelines, and coordinate with licensing boards to ensure timely credentialing.

You will maintain CAQH data, communicate licensing workflows to providers, and collaborate with internal teams to support nationwide credentialing. A healthcare-related degree and 3 years licensing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of behavioral health clinician licensing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state credentialing/recredentialing requirements preferred.
• Experience obtaining licensure for providers across multiple states preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process cross license applications for Therapists.
• Maintain knowledge of state licensure requirements and timelines.
• Outreach to state licensing boards regarding licensure status.
• Communicate licensing workflows to therapists and follow up on actions.
• Maintain provider data in credentialing databases and CAQH.
• Ensure timely completion of required documents by providers.
• Prioritize submission of licensing materials to state agencies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure credentialing needs are met.
• Respond to inquiries from providers and internal teams regarding licensure.
