Job summary

NOCD, a leading telehealth provider for OCD treatment, seeks a Clinician Licensing Specialist to manage cross-state licensure for our national network of behavioral health clinicians. You will ensure licenses meet state requirements, coordinate CAQH and board submissions, and maintain accurate provider records.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in clinician licensing, knowledge of credentialing standards, and strong communication and organizational skills to handle high-volume workflows in

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of behavioral health clinician licensing experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of state credentialing/recredentialing requirements (preferred).
• Experience obtaining licensure for providers across multiple states (preferred).
• Strong problem solving, analysis and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process cross-license applications for all Therapists.
• Maintain knowledge of state licensure requirements and timeframes.
• Coordinate with state boards and CAQH for licensure processes.
• Provide clear licensing workflow instructions to therapists and staff.
• Maintain provider records and renewal documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely credentialing.
