Job summary

Hawthorne Health is seeking a Clinical Trials Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned trials across our site network. You will partner with Regulatory, Contracts, Budget, and Sponsors to drive activation, enrollment, and study performance.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and experience in ICH-GCP and eClinical systems (Medidata Rave, InForm). Remote work with up to 30% travel, and a competitive salary in the USD market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical research experience with at least 2 years in PM/CTM/Lead CRC.
• Experience with CRO, sponsor networks, or clinical research teams.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical trial execution across the site network.
• Assess protocol feasibility and support study planning.
• Drive study start-up timelines and site activation.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for Sponsors and CROs.
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones and enrollment targets.
• Monitor site metrics and optimize study performance.
• Coordinate monitoring visits, audits, and investigator meetings.
• Support regulatory and compliance activities, including IRB submissions.
• Act as a central resource for site teams and resolve challenges.
