Job summary

You will manage multiple multidisciplinary trials from pre-study to closeout, supervise coordinators and investigators, ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, safety reporting, and mentor staff while traveling to support regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level clinical operations and regulatory readiness.
• Lead planning and execution of site initiation visits and trial activities.
• Manage data collection, safety reporting, and sponsor communications.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff including Coordinators and Investigators.
• Travel between sites to support operations.
