Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Clinical Research Budgeting Analyst to prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials in a remote role. You will review study documents, translate protocols into budget milestones, and set up payment milestones and billing grids in Velos and Excel, working with contracts, regulatory teams, and finance.

You will analyze costs, ensure compliance with budgets, and support investigator-initiated trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 6 years of direct experience in budget development, preferably in clinical trial or medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for sponsored clinical trials.
• Review study routing forms and start-up documents.
• Set up study payments milestones and billing grids in Excel/Velos.
• Collaborate with Contracts Analysts, regulatory team, program managers and internal finance groups.
• Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with budget and agreements.
