Job summary

Arcus Biosciences is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to provide study support to the Clinical Program Manager/ SMTL for one or more trials. The role involves vendor management, budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional oversight in a matrix environment.

The position can be remote or in-house with a hybrid/office option in Hayward or Brisbane, CA depending on experience. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 USD with a stock program and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• 5+ years of pharma industry experience; 2+ years in trial management, oncology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial terminology and activities.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of operational aspects of clinical trials.
• Obtain and review essential documents for study initiation.
• Maintain sponsor/site communications and project reports.
• Track patient enrollment, site performance, and monitoring metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs.
• Support study plans, CRFs, EDC, IXR/R specification and UAT.
• Assist with site/vendor setup and training coordination.
• Review data listings for completeness and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with data management for data cleaning.
