Job summary

Arcus Biosciences is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to provide study support to the Clinical Program Manager/SMTL for one or more oncology studies. The role ensures efficient trial delivery, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional communications in a matrix environment.

Remote or in-house depending on experience, with Bay Area staff operating in hybrid or office-based models. The CTM will manage sites, oversee enrollment, review essential documents, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
• 5+ years pharma experience with 2+ years trial management, oncology preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical trial terminology and activities

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of clinical trials (low–mid complexity)
• Ensure essential documents and site initiation are in place
• Monitor patient enrollment and site performance
• Maintain sponsor/site communications and progress reports
• Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs
• Support study plans, CRF design, and EDC/CTMS/UAT
• Coordinate CROs, vendors, and site oversight
• Prepare TMF setup and trial meetings
