Job summary

Arcus Biosciences is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to provide study support across one or more clinical programs, ensuring compliant and timely execution of trials. The role reports to a Clinical Operations Manager and may operate remotely or in-house based on experience, with Bay Area options in a hybrid or office-based model.

The position requires 5+ years in the pharmaceutical field with 2+ years in trial management, ideally in oncology, and familiarity with ICH GCP, CTMS, EDC, IRT and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
5+ years of related industry experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent, plus 2+ years of trial management experience, preferably in oncology.
Demonstrates core understanding of clinical trial related terminology and activities.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of operational aspects of low to medium complex clinical trials.
Obtains and reviews essential documents for study initiation.
Maintains sponsor/site correspondence and prepares progress reports.
Manages and tracks patient enrollment, site performance and monitoring metrics.
Supports the development and review of clinical study plans and related documents.
