Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Hayward, CA (hybrid with Brisbane, CA option) is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee multiple oncology studies, focusing on operational excellence to ensure compliant and timely trial execution.

You will manage vendors and sites, monitor enrollment, data accuracy, and adherence to ICH GCP, with 10–20% travel domestically and internationally, and opportunities to improve processes within a collaborative biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• 5+ years of industry experience with at least 2 years in trial management, preferably in oncology.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial processes, ICH GCP guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Role:

Clinical Trial Manager supporting one or more clinical studies within a biopharma environment, primarily overseeing operational aspects to ensure compliant and timely trial execution.

Responsibilities:

• manage vendor and site activities, oversee site initiation, patient enrollment, and data accuracy
• monitor site performance and compliance with GCP and regulations
• support study documentation, vendor management, and internal/external reporting
• contribute to process improvements
