Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr CRA for a Romania-based, home-based position. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, working remotely while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across trial sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or RN, strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 75% as needed to sites and sponsor meetings.

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Mansioni

• Performs site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance.
• Verifies informed consent is adequately performed and documented; protects confidentiality and assesses safety factors.
• Performs Source Document Review and ensures data accuracy in CRFs; guides site staff to resolution within timelines.
• Manages IP inventory, storage, and QA checks; ensures proper labeling and release.
• Maintains Investigator Site File accuracy; supports recruitment and tracking of observations and actions.
