Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager II or Senior to support remote-based operations from Bulgaria. The role focuses on site and central monitoring, patient safety and regulatory compliance within an international setting.

You will collaborate with CRAs, data management, and start-up teams to drive study milestones, budgets, and CMS deployment while ensuring data integrity and timely execution across trials.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in achieving project milestones.
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for site management oversight, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables with a focus on patient safety, protocol/GCP/regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Oversees site interactions post activation through site closeout.
• Reviews the study scope of work, budget and protocol content and ensures the clinical project team is aware of contractual obligations.
• Uses data and metrics to identify risks to trial management deliverables and escalates risks to project management.
• Coordinates training to the study team regarding protocol specifics, CRF completion, dashboards, SOPs and timelines.
• Oversees resourcing allocations for CRAs and Central Monitors, site assignments and team conduct.
• Ensures quality of monitoring deliverables and maintains visibility via approved systems and tracking tools.
• Interacts with clients and other functions to provide status updates and propagate solutions for obstacles.
