Actalent is seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator for a fully remote, homebased role based out of Durham, NC. The incumbent will manage multiple clinical trial sites from start-up through closeout, serving as the primary contact for each site and ensuring all essential documents are collected, reviewed, approved, and filed.

The role requires a minimum of three years in clinical research and end-to-end trial management, strong communication skills, and a 4-year degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of clinical research and end-to-end trial management.
• Experience with essential document management and study start-up.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CTMS and Veeva Vault eTMF.
• Ability to manage a high volume of sites independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage site relationships and ensure ongoing compliance and performance.
• Guide site personnel through readiness, protocol questions, and operational expectations.
• Maintain real-time CTMS updates and log daily site communications.
• File documents daily in Veeva Vault eTMF and resolve queries.
• Support large site portfolios and activation timelines.
• Provide timely site status updates.
