Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant clinical trial or related experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong English language and local language skills as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete trial activities on assigned trials as detailed in task matrix.
• Perform department, country and investigator file reviews and document findings in the system(s).
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget; communicate risks to project leads.
• Provide system support for CTMS/eTMF and generate reports for internal teams.
• Assist with site activation, regulatory submissions, and site selection activities.
