Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and triage calls using clinical protocols.
• Enter patient information into the electronic health record accurately.
• Provide clinical guidance to callers and escalate when needed.
• Document symptoms, assessment, and advice given.
• Prioritize and schedule appropriate care or referrals.
