Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN licensure in PA and NJ or other compact state.
• Two years of healthcare experience; call center CS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones and triages calls per clinical protocols.
• Verifies patient demographics and updates the EHR.
• Provides first level clinical triage and escalation paths.
• Escalates complex concerns to RN or supervisor.
• Responds to patient messages; prioritizes, elevates, and accommodates.
• Maintains productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards.
• Collaborates with Access Center teams and practice clinicians.
• Other related duties as assigned.
