Job summary

Frontier Psychiatry is seeking a Montana-based Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LCPC) for a fully remote role within the state. You will deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team, with supervision and care coordination support.

We offer a base salary of $54,500 plus a monthly uncapped bonus tied to wRVUs, aiming for roughly $70,000–$80,000 annually once caseloads are established.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution.
• Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana at hire time.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations with diagnostic justification.
• Deliver therapy while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation and confidentiality.
