Frontier Psychiatry, a physician-led telehealth organization serving Alaska’s rural communities, seeks an Alaska-based Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LCPC). This fully remote role requires 27 patient-facing hours weekly with a base salary of $54,500 plus a uncapped monthly bonus based on wRVUs.

Expect total compensation around $70,000–$80,000 as caseload grows. You’ll work with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, PAs, and a clinical pharmacist, receiving weekly supervision and ongoing professional

Formación

• Master’s degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited program.
• Licensed LCSW or LCPC in Alaska at hire.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (short-term/targeted).
• Proficiency with secure telehealth and documentation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnostic formulations.
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy.
• Deliver evidence-based short-term therapy and psychoeducation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for integrated care.
• Complete accurate documentation within timelines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in supervision, rounding, and clinical consultation.
