Job summary

Frontier Psychiatry is seeking an Alaska-based Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LCPC) to provide evidence-based therapy via secure telehealth. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, offer individual/family/group therapy, and maintain SMART treatment plans.

A private home setup and Alaska licensure are required. This fully remote opportunity includes supervision, flexible scheduling, and a structured career path with ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from CSWE- or CACREP-accredited program.
• Licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Alaska at hire.
• For LCPC: NCE or NCMHCE; eligible to complete it for additional states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and diagnostic formulation.
• Provide evidence-based short-term therapy and deliver individual/family/group therapy.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Regularly reassess progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Monitor treatment response and modify interventions as needed.
• Crisis risk assessments and safety planning as part of care.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and pharmacists for integrated care.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation meeting regulatory requirements.

Education

Master's degree from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited institution
