Frontier Psychiatry is a physician-led, tech-enabled telehealth provider delivering psychiatry, therapy, and addiction medicine to rural Montana communities. This fully remote clinical therapist role requires MT licensure and 27 patient-facing hours weekly with supervision and team consultations.

You will provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to diverse ages, collaborating with psychiatrists and pharmacists to expand access to care. Strong telehealth skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE- or CACREP-accredited program.
• Independently licensed as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana at hire.
• For LCPC: NCE or NCMHCE; willing to complete if required for licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver therapy remotely as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in supervision, rounding, and case consultations.
• Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation.
