Job summary

Frontier Psychiatry is a physician-led telehealth organization providing psychiatric and therapeutic care to rural Idaho communities. This Idaho-based Clinical Therapist (LCSW/LCPC) role is fully remote within the state and offers supervision and a multidisciplinary support team including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy across ages, maintain documentation, and participate in supervision and clinical cases.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from CSWE- or CACREP-accredited program.
• Independently licensed as LCSW or LCPC in Idaho.
• For LCPC: NCE or NCMHCE completed; willing to complete if required for licensure in additional states.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Remote care delivery proficiency and secure documentation systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Private, reliable home setup for confidential telehealth work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations with diagnostic formulation and justification.
• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to inform decisions.
• Provide short-term, targeted therapy (individual, family, or group).
• Tailor interventions to patient goals and SMART plans.
• Deliver psychoeducation on coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Maintain treatment plans and reassess progress regularly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, PAs, and pharmacists.
• Complete accurate documentation within timelines and compliance standards.
