WellQor is expanding its online therapy practice and seeking licensed clinicians to join our collaborative treatment teams. You’ll provide tele-therapy, build strong patient relationships, and shape your work schedule to fit your lifestyle while receiving comprehensive clinical and administrative support.

As part of a patient-centered practice, you’ll work with a clinical director and regional colleagues, use ClinicianConnect for cross-team collaboration, and benefit from straightforward

Qualificações

• Must hold an independent licensed credential (LPCC/LMFT/LMHC/LICSW/LCSW/LCP).
• Experience documenting sessions in an EHR is required.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via tele-therapy.
• Define your own availability and schedules to fit your lifestyle.
• Consult with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback.
• Collaborate with clinicians nationwide through ClinicianConnect.
• Let WellQor handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing and other admin tasks.

In this role you’ll getto:

• Develop meaningfulrelationships with patients viatele-therapy.
• Define your ownavailability, make your own schedules, and work according toyour lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, andothers carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands,we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
• Consult with your clinicaldirector and your regional team on a regular basis forsupport and feedback.
• Connect withtherapists across the country using our ClinicianConnect platform.
• Allow WellQor tohandle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing,customer service, and other administrative services onyour behalf.
• Participate incompany events and receive opportunities for CEUsponsorship.

What we’re lookingfor:

• Friendly,professional, and compassionate people.

WellQor Therapists arepaid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on thecaseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time.Hourly compensation is competitive and varies based on licenselevel, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
