Job summary

WellQor is seeking licensed therapists to join our nationwide tele-therapy team. You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients, deliver remote care, and contribute to a collaborative care model designed to support clinicians and patients alike.

As a W-2 employer, WellQor handles credentialing, billing, client intake and other administrative tasks, so you can focus on care. Enjoy flexible schedules, strong admin support, and access to an easy-to-use EHR system.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LCP or equivalent and be licensed to practice independently.
• Comfort with technology and electronic health records, and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with clients via tele-therapy.
• Define availability and work schedule to fit lifestyle; some part-time and full caseloads.
• Consult regularly with clinical director and regional team for guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with clinicians across the country using ClinicianConnect.
• Handle administrative tasks supported by WellQor, including credentialing and billing.
• Participate in company events and CEU sponsorship opportunities.

In this role you’ll getto:

• Develop meaningfulrelationships with patients viatele-therapy.
• Define your ownavailability, make your own schedules, and work according toyour lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, andothers carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands,we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
• Consult with your clinicaldirector and your regional team on a regular basis forsupport and feedback.
• Connect withtherapists across the country using our ClinicianConnect platform.
• Allow WellQor tohandle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing,customer service, and other administrative services onyour behalf.
• Participate incompany events and receive opportunities for CEUsponsorship.

WellQor Therapists arepaid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on thecaseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time.Hourly compensation is competitive and varies based on licenselevel, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
