WellQor is expanding its team of licensed clinicians to provide online therapy through a collaborative, care-team model. Clinicians enjoy W-2 employment, the support of a robust clinical organization, and the ability to tailor schedules to their lifestyle.

Therapists will deliver telemental health, work with regional teams, and benefit from administrative support that covers credentialing, billing, intake, marketing, and client service.

Formación

• Licensed mental health professional authorized to practice independently.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Comfort with technology in daily work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to care-team model.

Responsabilidades

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients via telemental health.
• Define availability, set your own schedule and manage part-time vs full caseloads.
• Consult with the clinical director and regional team for support and feedback.
• Connect with therapists nationwide using ClinicianConnect.
• Handle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing, and administrative tasks on your behalf.
• Participate in company events and CEU sponsorship.

In this role you’ll getto:

• Develop meaningfulrelationships with patients viatele-therapy.
• Define your ownavailability, make your own schedules, and work according toyour lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part time, andothers carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands,we’re here to meet you where you’re at.
• Consult with your clinicaldirector and your regional team on a regular basis forsupport and feedback.
• Connect withtherapists across the country using our ClinicianConnect platform.
• Allow WellQor tohandle credentialing, billing, client intake, marketing,customer service, and other administrative services onyour behalf.
• Participate incompany events and receive opportunities for CEUsponsorship.

What we’re lookingfor:

• Friendly,professional, and compassionate people.
• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW,LCP or equivalent licensed to practice independently.

WellQor Therapists arepaid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on thecaseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time.Hourly compensation is competitive and varies based on licenselevel, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
