Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test and maintain clinical IT applications to meet department goals and end-user needs.
• Research, analyze and resolve system issues with timely documentation of resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through clear communication.
• Participate on project teams to define requirements for changes to existing systems and define process flows.
• Translate workflow requirements into efficient application solutions.
• Perform integrated testing of vendor functionality to ensure EMR reliability and integrity.
• Assist with end-user training as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
