Job summary

Interwell Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a team of RN Care Managers within our Virtual Clinical Services organization, delivering coordinated assessments, education, care planning, and interventions across states through telephonic and virtual care.

Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager, you will supervise, coach, and provide clinical leadership while collaborating with clinicians, practice partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, PharmD).
• Experience supervising clinical teams and providing coaching.
• Experience in renal care, chronic disease management, or related clinical care management is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with EHRs, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft tools; ability to learn new tech quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clinicians, patients, and partners.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality; culturally competent in diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and development for direct reports to maintain an engaged workforce.
• Monitor and balance workflow of the virtual clinical care team.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage clinician schedules to meet patient needs.
• Set and monitor clinician performance goals aligned with program objectives and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and address performance issues; foster professional growth.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes; implement changes for efficiency and patient experience.
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of clinician interactions to ensure high care standards.
• Assist with interviewing candidates and training of new hires.
