Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide supervision and telehealth sessions to CT clients, with a mix of remote and in-person work at Milford, CT and Manchester, CT. Qualified LPC or LCSW professionals in CT will supervise resident clinicians, maintain a clinical caseload, and support development with documentation oversight.

The role emphasizes credentialing support, flexible scheduling seven days a week, and a strong, collaborative clinical community within Thriveworks.

Competenze

• Independently licensed in CT as LPC or LCSW.
• Reside permanently in CT and be consistently available to clients.
• Familiar with telehealth and EHR tools.

Mansioni

• Provide supervision to six resident clinicians weekly.
• Offer weekly group and individual supervision.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours/week.
• Provide documentation oversight and coaching on development.
• Complete weekly supervision and disciplinary documentation.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
