Thriveworks is seeking a licensed clinician in Connecticut to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions. The role supports a mix of remote supervision and in-person sessions at Milford or Manchester, CT, with a focus on developing resident clinicians and maintaining the clinician's own caseload.

You will join a clinician-led organization offering credentialing support, administrative help, and a collaborative environment with access to telehealth tools and modern EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LPC or LCSW and credentialed in CT.
• Experience supervising clinicians and providing supervision.
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health records.

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision to resident clinicians (minimum 6 residents).
• Maintain personal clinical caseload with at least 10 hours/week.
• Document supervision sessions and coaching discussions.
