Job summary

Thriveworks in CT is seeking licensed clinicians to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions. Fully remote supervision is possible within CT, while in-person sessions occur at Milford or Manchester.

Ideal candidates are independently licensed LPC or LCSW, committed to guiding resident clinicians, and comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools. Thriveworks supports you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training to build a robust caseload.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in CT as LPC or LCSW.
• Commitment to serving clients with diverse needs.
• Comfort using telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to six resident clinicians.
• Offer weekly group supervision.
• Provide individual supervision for every 10 clinical hours.
• Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
• Oversee documentation and coaching on development.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Director on performance issues.
