Job summary

Cartwheel is seeking a clinical leader to join as the founding West Virginia Clinical Supervisor. You will deliver direct care to students and families across the state and supervise future associate licensed therapists.

This W2, full-time, salaried role offers remote work with preference for WV residency, and start in December 2026. Expect collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and school health professionals to reshape care in West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia LICSW license to deliver mental health care.
• Completion of WV Board-approved clinical supervisor training program with a minimum of two years’ supervision experience in WV.
• Post-licensure clinical experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to K-12 students and school staff in partner districts.
• Deliver direct care to students and families and supervise associate clinicians.
• Participate in case discussions with Cartwheel team members and support transitions to community care.
