Qualifications

• Supervision of LMSWs, mental health counselors, and social work interns pursuing licensure.
• Ensure compliance with OMH regulations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly or biweekly supervision sessions for a small caseload of LMSWs, mental health counselors, and social work interns pursuing licensure.
• Provide clinical guidance on assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, risk assessment, and ongoing management of client needs.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and OMH compliance.
• Provide consultation on complex clinical presentations, risk concerns, crises, and care coordination needs.
• Monitor supervisee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and professional development.
• Support clinicians in identifying referrals and advocacy strategies to promote continuity of care.
