Job summary

LaSante Health Center in New York offers a remote, full-time Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor role overseeing clinicians to ensure quality, evidence-based care. You will review treatment plans, monitor caseloads, and support staff with interventions while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Requires a Master’s in Social Work / Psychology / Counseling and NY licensure; salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually plus health/dental/vision coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• New York State licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LCP) preferred or required per local regulations.
• Experience supervising clinical staff in behavioral health or community health.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise behavioral health staff and ensure adherence to clinical standards.
• Review and approve treatment plans and monitor caseloads.
• Ensure proper application of behavioral health interventions and maintain a caseload.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences.
• Support staff in managing complex cases and crises; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to program development and performance improvement; foster trauma-informed care.
