This senior role involves ethical supervision, programming, and applying ABA principles with clients and staff. Experience with organizational behavior management (OBM) is preferred. Responsibilities include conducting assessments like VB-MAPP, AFLS, Essentials for Living, and FBA/FAs. We seek an ethical, professional, and collaborative BCBA committed to client success and team leadership.
