Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a seasoned Clinical Study Manager to oversee operational execution of clinical trials in support of AI training initiatives. This fully remote contract role demands delivering studies on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while contributing to advanced AI research in healthcare.

You will coordinate timelines, budgets, CROs and sites, identify risks early, and ensure cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

Experienced in clinical trial project management with ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi‑partner coordination.
Strong vendor management skills and experience coordinating CROs and research sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to align stakeholders in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies on track and on schedule.
Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners.
Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality study execution.
Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle.
