Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials and help train AI models powering next-gen medical research tools.

This fully remote, flexible contract role is ideal for seasoned clinical operations professionals who can manage timelines, vendors, and stakeholder alignment across trial lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experienced in clinical trial project management with budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.
• Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Natural problem-solver who keeps multi-workstream studies running under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and organized, spotting issues before they become problems.
• Self-motivated and reliable working remotely in an asynchronous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones and deliverables to stay on track and on budget.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting and financial tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites and internal teams for smooth study execution.
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated clinical research content.
