Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Clinical Study Manager (AI Training) to oversee operational execution of clinical trials and contribute real-world knowledge to AI healthcare projects. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on budgeting, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination with CROs and investigative sites.

You will manage budgets, timelines and quality across complex, multi-workstream studies while applying clinical expertise to improve AI-driven research processes.

Qualifications

• Experienced clinical trial project manager with budgets, timelines and operational delivery.
• Ability to manage vendors, CROs, and external research partners across complex studies.
• Organised, proactive, and able to navigate fast-moving clinical trial operations.
• Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Manage trial timelines, milestones and deliverables to keep studies on track and on budget.
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting and cost tracking across vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with CROs, sites and internal teams for smooth study operations.
• Identify operational risks early and resolve issues to keep trials on schedule.
• Apply clinical expertise to evaluate AI-generated content related to trials.
